Our fees are based on the time expended in your work, billed in units of fifteen minutes (0.25 hours). This work includes research, writing, conferences, document review, court and other trials and hearings, depositions and the like. It also includes telephone calls with you, opposing counsel, court personnel and others. We usually send bills once each month.
We charge for waiting time in court and elsewhere and for travel time, both local and out of town. We may employ or retain others whose time will be billed in addition. We reserve the right to adjust our billing rates from time-to-time; and will give you advance notice before any increase.
